Produced and packaged by Dolciaria Borrillo of San Marco dei Cavoti in the province of Benevento. In the Baci Espositore package there are four different flavors of nougat:

INGREDIENTI TRADITIONAL NOUGATS "BACI" - BORRILLO
Interior ingredients: sugar, almonds 25%, hazelnuts 25%, vanilla.
Coverage ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa (57% min.); emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavor.
INGREDIENTS OF NOUGATS AT COFFEE TASTE
Interior ingredients: sugar, almonds, hazelnuts, vanilla bourbon.
Coverage ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa (57% min.), coffee powder 3%; emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor.
INGREDIENTS OF NOUGATS AT LEMON TASTE
Interior ingredients: sugar, almonds, hazelnuts, vanilla bourbon.
Coverage ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter 27,5% whole milk powder; emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural lemon flavor, coloring agents: E132, E100; natural vanilla flavor.
INGREDIENTS OF SOFT NOUGATS AT GIANDUJA TASTE
Interior ingredients: sugar, hazelnuts 10%, almonds 10%, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
Coverage ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa (57% min.); emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavor.
INGREDIENTS OF SOFT NOUGATS WITH COCONUT
Interior ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, coconut flakes 20%; emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavor.
Coverage ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa (57% min.); emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavor.

The products do not contain dyes with the exception of lemon kisses and orange kisses. It may contain traces of nuts. May contain traces of other nuts and milk.

Protect from humidity and heat sources. The expiry date is reported on the back of the package. The product is gluten free.
