Cantucci with almonds are among the best-known and best-selling Italian biscuits in the world, one of the greatest confectionery in the Tuscan cuisine. Cooked in an elongated form of a loaf, they are cut diagonally, thus creating the famous initial and final pieces, called "cantucci" in Tuscan. Produced in a laboratory that also processes other nuts with shell, peanuts, sesame and soy. Without preservatives and dyes. Keep in a cold and dry place.
